The chalet has been luxuriously extended and renovated with old wood. The center of Davos is in the immediate vicinity, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail and the Parsenn ski area are right in front of the house.

Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and families who are looking for a quiet environment with a large garden and at the same time do not want to miss out on the advantages of the largest alpine town of Davos.

The chalet

5 ½ room chalet with living and dining room, fireplace, TV, terrace and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - approx. 140m2

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed 160/200 as well as a reading corner with desk.

The second bedroom has a small washbasin, a desk and its own TV and also a double bed 160/200.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed 90/200.

The fourth bedroom has a single bed 80/200.
